Things I Learned Today…
People are wrong to say, “Teenagers! They don’t think about anything but themselves!” Oh, no no no. They think about EVERYTHING…too much.
I eat Greek yogurt every morning, and I love it. And since I had COVID, I could eat TONS of veggies and ranch.
One of my teachers at the studio said she saw a jazz shoe on Commerce Street in front of McDonald’s. I wonder if it belongs to any of our kids. I have so many questions.
We are having our house, deck, and roof pressure washed, and it’s looking amazing. I love going into Spring with a clean place. Next…landscape clean up.
There are at least 5 subscription boxes coming to our house for various people. We love subscription boxes.
Did you know kids are afraid as a result of the conflict in Ukraine? They told me tonight. Here’s yet another thing weighing on their already fragile minds.
I’m looking forward to the weather being warm enough for us to enjoy our late-night time hanging out on the deck this week.
Watching kids be successful at something is one of the most rewarding things in life. While I write this, I’m sitting and watching a group learn new ballet steps. They are beautiful. Their faces are serious as they’re thinking, then they soften when they get it. So fun to be a part of.
I haven’t done a TILT in a minute. Maybe I’m glad it’s back and will try harder. Thoughts?
That’s all. We learn every day, don’t we?
